As we enjoy the lighter nights and the longer days, our spring menu captures all the flavours of the season. Think tomato & mozzarella bruschetta, grilled seabass risotto, peri-peri grilled chicken burger with lemon & herb mayo, and our all new Cherry Bakewell cheesecake to name a few.
